Over its 60 years of experience, Etxetar has built multiple Dial Transfer Machine configurations. An optimum solution for very high production volumes, where our engineering efforts are focused on keeping the same flexibility level as in a machining center solution, while saving floor space and reducing investment.
- Up to 5 machining stations (+ 1 load/unload station).
- 3, 4 or 5 machining axes per unit (all linear axes provided with linear scales).
- Units equipped with automatic tool change and/or multi-spindle heads and/or turret heads.
- Rigid construction – robust architecture to provide high machining accuracy.
- Unobstructed chip shedding, designed for MQL or wet machining.
- Gantry, Robot or Manual load.
